With Bandra-Madgaon running on the Konkan route, the Konkanites living in the western suburbs have been inconvenienced.

MLA Yogesh Kadam has given a statement to Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav demanding that the special which was started on the Konkan route from Mumbai-Bandra directly should be stopped at the station. Accordingly, since Bandra-Madgaon has started running on the Konkan route, the great inconvenience of the Konkanites living in the western suburbs has been removed. But the special has been given only two stops namely Ratnagiri and Chiplun.www.konkantoday.com
