Akshay Sail from Kolgaon committed suicide in the dam at Madkhol due to the car owner and some youths constantly quarreling over the car money. The youths who took the car for a ride had an accident with the car due to which the owner of the car suffered a huge loss. Deceased Akshay, on the request of Bhalchandra Padte, a suspect and an acquaintance, had arranged the car for tourism with his acquaintance. But after the accident, the car owner held Akshay responsible and demanded seven and a half lakh rupees from him as compensation. Akshay was constantly being blackmailed for money and threatened. Moreover, they continued to harass him by going to his house. Tired of this, Akshay took five and a half lakh rupees from himself to the car owner and said that he did not have the above money and said that he did not cause the accident but it should be taken from whoever did it. Holding his anger in their hearts, ten to twelve suspects had brutally beaten Akshay two days before committing suicide.
After that he did not come out of the house, his face was seriously injured. Due to depression due to this beating, Akshay Sail wrote a note and mentioned nine people in it. These people are causing you so much trouble and I am committing suicide because of them. I have no money to pay the same people who are responsible for my suicide. Mentioning that we should punish all of them for their sins, he left the house, he went directly to Madkhol Dam, he took off his two-wheeler, took off his slippers and jumped into the Madkhol dam. He sent the note which he had written to all the suspects and also kept the status on his mobile so it became clear that Akshay was going to commit suicide and a search was started for him everywhere.
Parvez Shaikh, Ajit Balkrishna Mathkar, Salim Syed, who are named in the letter on the complaint filed by Akshay’s father Janardan Sail in the police station.
Tejas Potdar, Parvez’s father, Sanket Mali, Shyamu Namak, Bhalchandra Prashant Padate, Prashant Pawar, Pranay Prashant Padate, a woman, and one other person, a total of thirteen suspects were registered in the Sawantwadi police station for abetting suicide.

He was arrested on Friday and produced before the court in Kudal, where he was ordered to be kept in police custody for two days. Police searched the home of the other suspect but could not find him.
