Two people died in Ganapatipule on Sunday evening when they went for a swim in the sea.

Two people died after going for a swim in the sea at Ganapatipule, a famous pilgrimage site in Ratnagiri taluka on Sunday evening. The lifeguards of Ganapatipule Gram Panchayat and local businessmen succeeded in saving one. On Sunday evening, three people from Jaigad’s company who came for a walk tried to go into the deep sea and all three started drowning. Desperate efforts were made to save the three youths by local lifeguards and businessmen on the sea crossing, but both Mohammad Asif (age 35, resident of West Bengal currently residing in Jaigarh) and Pradeep Kumar (aged 35, resident of Odisha currently residing in Jaigarh) drowned in the water while Thuku Dakwa ( Lifeguards and local businessmen succeeded in saving the 30-year-old Uttarakhand currently Jaigad).
