This minimalist Eid Lunch of Mutton Masala, Jeera Rice, Kachumber and Papad is dedicated to the delivery people who work relentlessly to ensure we are well fed while we remain right inside our society premises.
Every element in this meal has been home delivered. The Mutton was delivered all the way from Nerul to Kharghar. The rice and other condiments used in cooking were ordered online. All the vegetables were delivered by a person in the building who has started a new business. The papad is from the neighbourhood grocery store which delivered it right at the society gate.
These people working to ensure that everyone gets their essentials are also covid warriors in their own right!
