There should be consistency in cleanliness, adopt it as a discipline in life: Collector M Devender Singh

Ratnagiri : On the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, District Collector M Devender Singh and Swami Bal Satyadhari Maharaj paid floral tributes to their image. There should be consistency in cleanliness. It should be adopted as a discipline in life. Give importance to cleanliness as a basic right, Collector Shri. Singh said

District Administration and Hon. Resident Deputy Collector Chandrakant Suryavanshi, Deputy Collector Shubhangi Sathe, District Planning Officer Satyavinayak Mule, District Rehabilitation Officer Maruti Borkar, District Treasury Officer Pravin Biradar, Tehsildar Rajaram Mhatre, Group Development Officer J. P. Jadhav, former Speaker Kumar Shetye, Sudhakar Sawant etc were present.

Collector Shri. While guiding Singh, he narrated the incident related to cleanliness in his school life and said, Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi has told us all about the importance of cleanliness. The importance of cleanliness taught by teachers in school life is still an inspiration to me. If every person keeps his surroundings clean, the country will automatically stay clean. There should be continuity in this cleanliness. Hence the locality, our village and in turn our country will be the leader in cleanliness. Follows discipline for their country after moving abroad. Gives importance to cleanliness. Also, we should give importance to cleanliness in our locality, our village, our country.

Swami Bal Satyadhari Maharaj said on this occasion, body is a temple. He should be worshipped. Superstitions and addictions should be avoided. We must become human. The next generation should be guided in the same way. On this occasion, everyone took an oath to lead an environment-friendly daily life.

Collector Shri. Singh planted trees on this occasion. After that the area was cleaned by the attendees.
