Former MP Nilesh Rane, convenor of BJP's Kudal-Malvan assembly constituency, participated in the celebration of village deity Shri Devi Bhagwati Mauli of Chhindar village on Tuesday night and had darshan of the goddess.

The annual fair of village deity Shri Devi Bhagwati Mauli of Chhindar village started on Tuesday. A crowd of devotees gathered in this fair. BJP leader Nilesh Rane reached here at night and had darshan of the goddess. On this occasion, BJP District Vice President Ashok Sawant, Taluk President Dhondu Chhindarkar, District Bank Director Baba Parab, Purchasing Association President Rajan Gawkar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Chhindar Sarpanch Smt. Swara Palkar, Deputy Sarpanch Deepak Surve, Santosh Gawkar, Ravi Ghagre, Shekhar Kambli, Devendra Hadkar, Prakash Mestri, Shashi Natekar, Manoj Hadkar, Yogesh Padwal, Arun Ghadi, Dutta Varadkar, Raju Parab, Sanika Chinderkar, Ashish Hadkar, Prakash Tondwalkar, Vijay Nikam and other officers and villagers were present. Speaking on the occasion, Nilesh Rane appreciated the work of Taluka President Dhondu Chindarkar. Today, large-scale development work is going on in villages and rural areas through BJP.
