*Sawantwadi, D-19:-* Patient Rajan Gawde from Goa Bamboli Hospital required 5 fresh blood bags of O positive blood group during operation. On this occasion, Atharva Sawant, Sandesh Newgi, Navid Herekar, Vasant Sawant, Sumeet Mulik of Youth Blood Donor Association donated blood from Sawantwadi to Goa Bamboli Hospital. For the past 8 years in Goa, Bamboli and Kolhapur, urgently needed blood donors for heart surgery have been given through the president of the Youth Blood Donor Association, Devya Suryaji. A patient from Banda urgently required as many as 5 fresh blood bags of O-Positive chronic blood group at the same time during a heart operation at a hospital in Bamboli, Goa. On this occasion, Atharva Sawant, Sandesh Newgi, Navid Herekar, Vasant Sawant, Sumeet Mulik from Youth Blood Donor Association went to Goa-Bamboli Hospital and donated blood. This allowed the patient to undergo surgery successfully. Devya Suryaji took special efforts for this. The patient was able to undergo a successful surgery after immediate blood donation by the blood donors. For this, the relatives of the patients and the hospital administration thanked the blood donors and the youth blood donor association.
