Sawantwadi, 28:- The statue of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the idol of Akhand Hindustan, erected on 4th December 2023 in Malvan Rajkot area, had an unfortunate accident of collapse in just 8 months i.e. on 26th August 2024. This is an incident that casts a black shadow on Akhand Maharashtra and hurts the sentiments of Shiva lovers across India. We are publicly protesting against the said incident on behalf of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Sharad Chandra Pawar. However, on behalf of Sawantwadi taluka and city Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Chandra Pawar is demanding that strict action should be taken against everyone who is guilty. On this occasion, Women District President Advocate Revathi Rane, Taluka President Pundalik Dalvi, City President Devendra Temkar, Youth President Naeem Memon, Taluka General Secretary Hidayatullah Khan, Women City President Advocate Saili Dubhashi, Taluka Vice President Kashinath Dubhashi, Tausif Aga, Chandrasekhar Parab, Prasad Parab, Shivram Sawant, Vaibhav Parab etc. were present.
