The fire in the area of ​​Bandra Kurla Complex metro station is under control

BKC Metro has now been restored after the fire that broke out in the vicinity of Bandra Kurla Complex Metro Station was brought under control. The fire broke out in the area where BKC Metro was working around 1 pm. After that, the metro was closed for some time. Now this metro has been started again at 2.45 pm.

Mumbai Metro released a statement in this regard saying, “Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) informs that today, November 15, 2024, at approximately 1.00 pm, a fire broke out outside the not yet functional A4 entrance/exit of BKC Metro station. Work is currently underway near this entrance and it is currently not open to passengers. Due to this fire, smoke spread in some areas. Due to this, services at BKC station were temporarily stopped for the safety of passengers.
