In order to provide skilled manpower available in this industrial sector, it is proposed to set up skill development training center at Ratnagiri to improve the quality of technical education, create infrastructure and learning environment for trained manpower, increase employability and support MSEs. Tata Technologies Ltd. and M.A. Vs. A skill development center will be constructed at Ratnagiri in association with the corporation. (Centre for Invention, Innovation, Incubation and Training Center (CIIIT)) For this proposed project, the corporation will build 4095 sq.m. A plot of area has been made available. 1560 trainees of various types will be imparted training from the training center every year. In addition, for this project, an expenditure of Rs. 25.40 lakh per annum for the training center will be spent on maintenance and repair. The proposed Tata Technologies Itd. Through this organization, the Corporation will take necessary permissions, provide water and electricity, internet connection, provide fire protection system and other ancillary permissions for setting up a training center called Center for Invention, Innovation, Incubation and Training Center (CIIIT). Hardware, technological tools, equipment and machinery for this project will be part of the capital cost of the training centre. The responsibility of the maintenance of the missionaries will remain with the corporation from the fourth year. Apart from this residential facility will be provided to TTL employees / SMEs through Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation on fee charging basis if possible.
