Talwade Gram Panchayat’s Nirmalya Collection Initiative

Lanja: Talwade Gram Panchayat conducted a commendable activity for Nirmalya collection at Visarjan Ghat on the bank of river in Talwade during Ganapati Visarjan on Thursday. In order not to pollute the river water by leaving Nirmalya in the riverbed, Talwade Gram Panchayat had placed pots for Nirmalya collection at all Visarjan Ghats in Talwade. Among them, Ganesha devotees collected garlands, flowers brought along with Ganesha idol in the vase. Sarpanch Mrs. Rohini Ambekar, Upsarpanch Prasad Dhepe and Gram Sevak Shri Palaye and all the members are appreciated for carrying out these activities. Sanskar Pratishthan has appreciated this initiative.
