At present, ST Corporation is looking for various sources of income and to get financial support, ST Corporation itself is conducting auction process. Ratnagiri division of ST Corporation has auctioned scrap buses six times in the last five years. 11 Crore 36 Lakh 97.415 Rs. So much revenue fell into the coffers of this corporation.
ST Corporation auctions damaged buses and various spare parts. Various spare parts including scrap bus frame, iron, iron brass, aluminum, tire, rubber, trust, plastic barrel, battery, pressure plate are auctioned in these periodic auctions. Already the ST Mahamandal is exploring various sources of income. ST Corporation is conducting auction of old Dabghais buses and other spare parts.
