Structural audit of seven statues in Ratnagiri city will be conducted

After the collapse of the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Malvan, the municipality has taken precautions regarding the statues in Ratnagiri city. A private organization in Kolhapur has been appointed for this purpose. This organization will give a report on the foundation, chabutra, how strong the statue is and whether it needs repair. After the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj collapsed in Malvan, the issue of all the statues in the state has come to the fore. The government has issued an order for the municipalities and municipalities to take steps for the safety of the statues in the city. Accordingly, Ratnagiri Municipality has decided to conduct a structural audit for the safety of seven statues in the city.
