A petition was filed by the Sharad Pawar group to prevent Ajit Pawar from using the clock symbol. At that time, the Supreme Court had ordered the Ajit Pawar group to advertise that it is legal in relation to the clock symbol.
Sharad Pawar group accused Ajit Pawar group of violating Supreme Court order. Abhishek Manu Singhvi pointed out that NCP leader Amol Mitkari had put up pictures of Sharad Pawar. Senior advocate Balbir Singh, appearing for Ajit Pawar, refuted the allegations, calling the material fake, to which Singhvi replied that the video was posted from Amol Mitkari’s official handle.
