Special Lok Adalat in Mumbai by the High Court

Ratnagiri : A special Lok Adalat has been organized at the Bombay High Court on November 30 and December 1 to settle the cases of the parties pending in the High Court through coordination and compromise. District Legal Service Authority President Sunil Gosavi and Secretary Manikrao Satav have appealed to contact the District Legal Service Authority to file pending cases in the High Court in this special court.

Appeals to approach arbitrageable cases pending in High Courts, as well as benefits of special Lok Adalats for expeditious conciliation and resolution of disputes, cost-effective resolution of disputes, final and executory judgments, in cases The District Legal Services Authority has informed that for the refund of the court fee incurred and for more information, contact the District Legal Service Authority, District Court premises or office mobile. Lok Adalat has emerged as an effective medium for amicable settlement of negotiable pending cases in the courts. Many parties have settled their cases through compromise. Cases settled through conciliation have greatly benefited both the parties to the pending case, the government and the society at large. Lok Adalat has been largely successful in reducing the number of pending cases in the courts. In view of this success and speedy relief to the parties through the Lok Adalat, the High Court, Bombay as well as the Benches Nagpur and Aurangabad expeditiously disposed of the compromise cases pending before them. A special Lok Adalat has been organized for removal. This is the first of its kind initiative to settle pending cases through conciliation.

The District Legal Services Authority has appealed to the parties to take advantage of this opportunity and resolve the cases amicably.
