,Sawantwadi, D-27:-* District level shloka recitation competition has been organized in collaboration with Sawantwadi Taluka Journalist Association and Vrikshavalli Developers Malgaon Sawantwadi.
In this competition, Manache Shloka 1 to 10 for students of class 1 to 4, Geeta 15th Chapter 1 to 15 for students of class 5 to 7 and Bhagwat Geeta 12th Chapter for students of class 8 to 10. 1 to 10 have been organized. Second, third and fourth prizes will be given as incentives. The competition will be evaluated by teachers of Marathi and Sanskrit and students of schools have been requested to participate in this competition in large numbers.
The competition was inaugurated by actors like Bholya Mama, Mami, Shalgya and Bio of the famous Vetooba series on Sun TV along with District Journalist Association President Umesh Toraskar, former President of Marathi Press Council and Journalist Registration Committee member Gajanan Naik. Senior journalist Anna Kesarkar, Abhimanyu Londhe Media's digital district president Amol Tembar will be present.
The prize distribution to the winners of this competition will be done by Umakant Patil in the role of Vetoba on 5 January 24. However, Sawantwadi Taluka Journalists Association and Vrikshavalli Developers have appealed to more and more children to participate in the district level shloka recitation competition.
