Mumbai:- – The main shooter in the case of the murder of Nationalist Congress leader Baba Siddiqui, Shivkumar Gautam, has been arrested today from Uttar Pradesh in a joint operation by STF Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai Crime Branch. Accused Shivkumar was trying to escape to Nepal. The STF team was led by Pramesh Kumar Shukla and Javed Alam Siddiqui. Anurag Kashyap, Gyanprakash Tripathi, Akash Srivastava and Akhileshendra Pratap Singh have also been arrested for harboring Shivakumar and helping him escape to Nepal.
The main shooter, Shivkumar Gautam, who had fired at Siddiqui, escaped by taking advantage of the crowd. Finally he was arrested and the police succeeded. The possibility of many shocking revelations from the accused is being expressed. Police has achieved great success in Baba Siddiqui murder case.
