WASHINGTON —The Saudi Embassy in the United States called on citizens in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina to take precautions and adhere to the instructions of the local authorities. A state of emergency has been declared in states that are expected to be affected by the repercussions of Hurricane Milton.
