Saudi, British defense ministers discuss over phone efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region

RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman made a phone call with British Secretary of State for Defense John Healey on Monday.

During the call, the ministers discussed regional and international developments, and mutual coordination between the two countries to reduce escalation in the region and its repercussions in a way that preserves international security and peace.

Prince Khalid and Healey praised the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries, and the endeavor to strengthen and develop them in the defense field.
