Sant Rohidas Tannery and Tannery Vikas Corporation to submit loan proposals for schemes Ratnagiri, 23rd (Jimaka): Sant Rohidas Tannery and Tannery Vikas Corporation Limited through Yangya financial, educational and social support of scheduled caste tanners (Chambar, Dhor, Holar and Mochi etc.) Various schemes of State Government and Central Government (NSFDC, New Delhi) are implemented for development. In order to avail the scheme for the financial year 2024-25, interested applicants from the scheduled caste tanner community (Chambhar, Dhor, Holar and Mochi etc.) are invited to accept loan proposals.

To avail the scheme of 50 percent subsidy scheme, seed capital scheme, term loan scheme, Mahila Samruddhi scheme, small loan finance scheme, female authority scheme, educational loan scheme, facility loan scheme, Utkarsh loan scheme, the applicant is a tanner (Chambhar, Dhor, Holar and cobbler etc.) should belong to the community. Also, the applicant should not have benefited from any scheme of the corporation earlier. The applicant who wants to avail the benefits should complete the documents as per the requirement and present three copies of the above government schemes along with the original documents and submit the loan proposal. Applications for loan cases will not be given or accepted through third parties / intermediaries. Following are the documents to be attached with the application for loan proposal. The application should be completely filled. Caste Proof, Income Proof (Upto Rs. Three Lakh), Resident Proof, Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Education Certificate, Three Photographs, Udyog Aadhaar Certificate of Beneficiary, CIBIL Credit Score of Beneficiary (should be above 500), Place of Business Proof of the premises to be done (light bill of the premises, tax / rent receipt / rent agreement / premises usage consent or proof of ownership etc., Beneficiary’s application for authenticity of the documents and attested photograph of the premises where the business is running, two competent guarantors (employee or property holder / farmer), in case of competent guarantor is an employee, if the beneficiary of his office does not pay the recovery, the office undertaking that the payment will be deducted from the salary of the guarantor, no objection certificate from Gram Panchayat, Municipality or Municipal Corporation, technical certificate related to business and experience certificate, project report as required (with signature and seal of CA), price list (quotation) of the property to be purchased, nomination affidavit of the applicant with signature of the heir (notarized on stamp paper of Rs.100/-), prescribed specimen affidavits of the applicant and the sureties. (with notarization on stamp paper of Rs.100/-), if the applicant is a married woman in case both the pre-marital and post-marital names are the same, Rs. 100/- notarized affidavit on stamp paper, scanned copy of passbook with beneficiary’s Aadhaar card number as well as Aadhaar linked (link) bank account number. All old loan proposals filed earlier with the Corporation under 50 percent subsidy scheme and seed capital scheme will be considered cancelled. If the corporation receives more loan cases than the target set for the district, the beneficiaries will be selected by lottery as per the government decision dated 16 January 2019. Loan proposals for schemes up to 20 September 2024 (excluding holidays) during office hours at District Office, Ratnagiri, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Social Justice Bhavan, Kuwarbaon, Dist. Blank applications for all schemes will be distributed and accepted at Ratnagiri. Interested applicants will need to bring original Aadhaar card along with them.
