Ratnagiri : District Information Officer Prashant Satpute has appealed that the registered street theaters, Kalapathak organizations in the district should send complete proposals along with the price list by January 15 to publicize the government schemes through Kalapathaks.
Funds are sanctioned for publicizing government schemes through art teams under the District Annual Plan. The office is selecting street plays, art teams to present the art team in the district. All the selected organizations will be given an equal opportunity to present the program and appropriate remuneration will be given for the same. The organizations in the district should submit the documents individually to the District Information Office by January 15.
These documents are – If the organization is registered, its documents, details and evidence of how many years the organization has been doing programs, information and evidence about the average number of programs presented by the organization in a year, years and number of experience of doing programs for government schemes, years of experience of doing programs on AIR and Number and proofs thereof, whether the troupe is on the list of song and drama department of the central government, if so, proof of the same, previous experience of the artists participating in the troupe of the organization (years/number of individual performances), government or prestigious awards received by the troupe/artists in the troupe Proof, name and address of all artists in the team, Aadhaar number, e-mail ID.
