Ratnagiri : A man was brutally beaten by four people at Sakhartar Mohalla in the taluka. The incident took place on Sunday, November 10 around 11 pm.
A case has been registered in the city police station against Sajjad Saddam Hodekar, Amar Nazim Mulla (both of Sakhartar Mohalla, Ratnagiri) and two others. Juher Mohammad Hanif Patel (age 28, Res. Rajivada Budiye Masjid, Ratnagiri) has lodged a complaint against him at the city police station.
Accordingly, on Sunday night, while he was returning home after leaving his mother-in-law at Sakhtar, Sajjad Hodekar hit the plaintiff on the head with an iron fighter, asking why did you come here and where did you come from. Amar Mulla also beat him with his hands and two others beat him with wooden sticks. A case has been registered against the suspects in this case.
