Ratnagiri : After completing 75 years of R.B.Shirke School of Ratnagiri Education Society, the Amrit Jayanti year of the school is coming to an end.
D. The program will be held on 24 and 25 December 2023 on the grand stage in front of Ranjan Temple of Prashala. Successful preparation for this program has been done by the school as well as the students. The school has been decorated and the school premises have been illuminated with electric lights. A large number of former students of the school will be present in it.
D. The inauguration ceremony will be held on 24th December 2023 at 10 AM and will be attended by the State Industries Minister along with the Guardian Minister of Ratnagiri and Raigarh District, Shri Uday Samant, former Education Minister of the State, Shri. Shri Vinod Tawde and Chitale Industries Group. Sanjay Chitale will have a prominent presence.
On Sunday, there will be registration and tea from 8.30 to 10 am, opening ceremony from 10 to 11.30 am, alumni and faculty chat from 11.30 to 1 pm and lunch from 1 to 2.30 pm. There will be a singing program by alumni from 2.30 to 4 pm. In the evening session, there will be cultural programs of teachers from 4 to 5.30 pm and cultural programs of alumni from 5.30 to 7.30 pm.
The valedictory function on 25 December 2023 was attended by Shri, Union Minister of Tourism and Ports, Government of India and President of Ratnagiri Education Society. Shripad Naik and State Public Works and Food and Civil Supplies Minister Shri. Ravindra Chavan was leading. There will be tea ceremony from 9 to 10 am, former teacher felicitation ceremony from 11 to 11 am, teacher felicitation ceremony from 11 to 12 pm and alumni cultural program from 12 to 1.30 pm. There will be lunch from 1 to 3 pm, cultural program by 3 to 4 teachers and closing program from 4 to 6.30 pm. The school has requested that all the alumni and well-wishers of the school should be present in large numbers in these two-day programs of Amrit Mahotsav of the school.
