* Vaibhavwadi, Day-25:-* Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and Addiction Week is being celebrated by Maharashtra State Mumbai Branch Sindhudurg from 2nd to 8th October. On this occasion, a drawing competition and Rangoli competition on drug addiction at Vaibhavwadi taluka level has been organized under Nashamukt Bharat Abhiyaan in collaboration with Social Welfare Department Sindhudurg, Anti-Narcotics Board, Police Station Vaibhavwadi and Anandibai Ravrane College Vaibhavwadi. The first three contestants of the competition will be awarded with Rs. Painting competition is for students of class VIII to class 10 and Rangoli competition is for junior college students. Those who want to participate in the competition have to draw a picture or a rangoli depicting the solution to addiction.
The picture has to be submitted by 28th September and the rangoli has to be drawn on 1st October by attending Anandibai Ravrane College. Competition prize distribution ceremony on October 2nd at 10 am. It will be held in Anandibai Ravrane College. Maximum number of students should participate in both the competitions.
