Mumbai β What Raj Thackeray says has no value in Maharashtra. After Morarji Desai, Raj Thackeray wants to lead Gujarat and Maharashtra simultaneously. But Thackeray MP Sanjay Raut has criticized MNS chief Raj Thackeray saying that his party does not have much place in Maharashtra.
Speaking to the media this morning, Sanjay Raut said that after Morarji Desai, Raj Thackeray is the only one. We will always have doubts about what Raj Thackeray has in mind about Maharashtra and the self-respect of Marathi identity. Uddhav Thackeray promotes self respect and identity of Maharashtra. Uddhav Thackeray’s battle is for the self-respect of Maharashtra. He said that Sharad Pawar’s battle is for the self-respect of Maharashtra.
Apart from that, the struggle with which these two parties and both leaders have landed in Maharashtra. It is not a struggle for self-interest but the way in which 2 businessmen of Gujarat looted Mumbai and Maharashtra. 2 parties broke the self-esteem of Maharashtra and this sir is standing by them. We remembered Morarji Desai. This is unfortunate. He is such a great leader that I don’t want to talk about him. But while criticizing Uddhav Thackeray, we should be careful. Sanjay Raut attacked Raj Thackeray by saying that he is the head of Shiv Sena but his battle is going on against 2 businessmen from Gujarat who are attacking Maharashtra.
Who was Morarji Desai?
The role of Morarji Desai who stated that Maharashtra will not get Mumbai as long as the Congress is alive, remained obstinate in the creation of Maharashtra. He became the Prime Minister in 1977 when the first non-Congress government was formed in the country. 105 people had to sacrifice their lives in the fight for united Maharashtra with Mumbai. Due to the opposition of the Congress party and the leaders of that time, the struggle of Samyukta Maharashtra stood up. Balasaheb Thackeray supported this struggle and continued to criticize the Congress through cartoons. At that time, the Congress government had issued an arrest warrant in the name of Balasaheb Thackeray.
