Public Ganesha Mandals to Follow Guidelines for Competition : Maharashtra Kala Akademi

Ratnagiri, Dt. 5 : d. Public Ganeshotsav is starting from 7th September. Accordingly, considering your responsibility to monitor competition, coordinate and coordinate monitoring, the following guidelines should be observed. Bank account details of the Institute / Board. Verification of required documents (cancelled check or photocopy of passbook) and PAN. If the said documents are not available, ask for immediate action on the same. Or, taking details of authorization of an executive member’s account on stamp paper (original copy) with signatures of all members. Context wise checking of information required for scoring during examination. Scoring according to the details examined and the actual status of the subject mentioned in the application. Obtaining signatures of all scoring members. Taking high quality (HD) pictures and taking clear pictures.

Sending pre-intimation letter to participating boards before appearing for examination. After the examination to reach the examination of the said board.
Some Ganeshotsav mandals have a festival duration of one and a half days, two and a half days, five days, seven days or “ten days”. Therefore, by contacting the participating boards in your district before 7th September 2024
Knowing about their festival period. Planning the examination accordingly. Report of winning board of your district to Akademis with all necessary documents before 20 September 2024, via pen drive and e-mail to mahotsav.plda@gmail.com. According to the relevant government decision, as per point no. 2.3, the public Ganeshotsav mandals who have received the award from their district for the last two consecutive years will not be eligible for the award this year. For these reasons, if such a board is found, this board should be examined as per the rules and approved. However, they should not be recommended or considered for the award. After the said Ganeshotsav competition, the list of state level and district level winning public Ganeshotsav mandals will be issued separately by government decision. After this Government decision is issued, you should contact the winning board of your district and take action with reference to the further action directive.
