*Ottawa, D-12:-* On the first anniversary of Shivali Suresh Padwal of Degwe, the Padwal family donated Rs 51 thousand to Samvita Ashram at Pandur, a shelter for the destitute. Kai Shivali’s father Suresh Padwal handed over the donation and essential items to Sandeep Parab, the founder of Samvita Ashram. Sandeep Parab said about it. Thanked Shivali’s father Suresh Padwal.

Kai Shivali died suddenly last year when she was working as a special assistant at the Sawantwadi branch of the State Bank of India. She was always at the forefront of Degve’ public Navratri festival activities. To perpetuate her memory, father Suresh Padwal started donating an idol of Navadurga to this mandal from last year. Also Ka. Schools and colleges where Shivali studied have also started a special prize scheme for meritorious students in her memory. Suresh Padwal’s wife Kai. Sumangala and daughter Kai. In memory of Shivali, village deity Mauli Mandir of Degve village built two entrances at a cost of Rs.9 lakhs. Also Degway School no. 2 girls from 1 were adopted under Adoption-Palak Yojana.
