Mr. Mahindra Avinashkhandekar sir has been teaching science and mathematics for the past 17 years. He has been performing his duties as Assistant Teacher for 11 years and Headmaster for 06 years with skillful service and good administrator. In the year 1986-87, Bapusaheb Desai Vidyalaya USP Prashala was honored as an excellent disciplined and well-managed secondary school by the Government of Maharashtra, when 5 teachers were working as the in-charge principal of the school with only 01 teacher. But this challenge was met by USP Panchkroshi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Executive Committee with proper guidance and coordination and inspiring thinking system of teachers and non-teachers who took the heart of school quality improvement to provide quality consistent quality education. Recognized as the school with 100% results in Class X Certificate Examination in Secondary Schools for the last 05 consecutive years.
