*Devgarh, D-12:-* Pramod Arvi (Pune) won first place in the grand state level rangoli competition organized by Youth Forum-Devgarh. He was honored with a cash prize of Rs 15,000 and a medal. This competition is Sheth M. c. It was held in the Gurudakshina Auditorium of the High School. 36 contestants from across the state participated in this competition. The exhibition of attractive rangolis drawn by the competing artists also received a great response from the fans. This was the fourth consecutive year of the competition. Anushree Parkar, Member of Local Committee of Devgad Education Board, General Manager of Devgad Urban Credit Institution Mrs. Vidya Mangaonkar, BJP Yuva Morcha Devgad-Jamsande City President Dayanand Patil, Entrepreneur Madhukar Nalavde, Mrityunjay Mungekar, Youth Forum President Siddhesh Mangaonkar, Vice President Pranav Nalavde, Secretary Amit Parkar, Joint Secretary Adv. Eksha Sakpal, Mrs. Rasika Sarang – Acharekar, Treasurer Sagar Gawkar, Omkar Sarang, Adv. Mrs. Shruti Mangaonkar, Chinmayi Bidye, Chinmaya Thakur, Sagar Anbhavane, Mrs. Sweety Achrekar, Akash Sapkal, Suraj Prabhu Shweta Mahadik, Govind Mali etc were present. 12 thousand cash to (Malvan) in the competition. And Medal of Honor, 10 thousand cash to Suresh Chhatre (Kolhapur) who won third position. Sainath Parkar (Malvan) and Kedar Temkar (Kudal) who got numbered for promotion were honored with cash 5000 and a medal each. The competition was judged by Charudatta Soman and Akshay Shahapurkar. Participating contestants were felicitated with certificates of participation and roses. Siddhesh Mangaonkar said that Govind Mali has been appointed as the Devgad-Jamsande city president of the organization. Moderated by Ritvik Dhuri. Borfalkar, Prasad Parkar, District President of Traders Federation and dignitaries from various fields visited the Rangoli exhibition and specially appreciated the activities of the organization and the Rangoli artists. Hundreds of Rangoli lovers from the districts of Malvan, Kudal, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur visited this Rangoli exhibition which continued for four days.
