Poet Kesavasuta is the literary glory of Konkan*.

Poet Keshavsut’s poems are a guide and inspiration to today’s young generation. Rajan Dandekar, president of Konkan Marathi Sahitya Parishad, asserted that poet Keshavsut is the greatest literary glory of Konkan along with Ratnagiri district. He was speaking on the occasion of Kavi Keshavsuta’s death anniversary in the event of worshiping the image of Kavi Keshavsuta on behalf of Konkan Marathi Sahitya Parishad Branch Khed. The event was held at the Senior Citizens Association office. On this occasion, the members present read the poems of poet Keshavsut. Konkan Marathi Sahitya Parishad Khed Branch President Rajan Dandekar, Vice President Prof. Sampada Kale, Kavita Jangam, Women’s Aghadi Pramukh Prof. Anagha Todkari, members Shashikant Mehta, Iqbal Faki, Aba Nikam, Kishore Dhutre, Swapnil Vanare, Rakesh Devrukhkar were present along with literature lovers.
