PM Kisan Samman Nidhi: Special campaign at village level to ensure that farmers are not deprived

Ratnagiri: The Central Government has launched a special campaign to link Aadhaar with KYC by the Agriculture Department to provide benefits to the farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

This campaign will be run till 15th. Due to which the government is planning to distribute the proposed 16th installment of PM Kisan Yojana by the end of January.

A total of 65 thousand 399 beneficiaries are participating in PM Kisan Yojana in the district. These include 7203 pending KYC, 19757 without bank Aadhaar account attachment and land records of 10864 beneficiaries are pending. In the first phase, to avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, priority will be given to the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana without bank Aadhar connection, e KYC pending, self registration beneficiary approval pending and one stop payment till 22nd December. ,

The post account for Aadhaar seeding will be done with the help of the Common Facilitation Center and bank management, while for e-KYC, the process will be done through the Common Facilitation Center by the village level Village Nodal Officer appointed in each village of the district.
