Pitambari Cup Carrom Tournament organized at Devrukh on 5th and 6th October

Ratnagiri : Pitambari Cup Ratnagiri District Ranking Carrom Competition 2024-25 organized by Pitambari Products Pvt Ltd with the approval of District Carrom Association has been organized on 5th and 6th October. The competition will be held at Chintamani Mangal Office, Madhali Ali, Devrukh (Sangameswar).

There will be six groups in this tournament namely Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Kumar Group, Kumari Group, Kishore Group and Kishori Group. This is the fourth tournament this year. Players who have not played any tournament this year should pay the registration fee of 50 rupees for the year 2024-25 to the District Association. The entry fee for the tournament will be Rs 150 for men and women, Rs 200 for doubles and Rs 100 for juniors. Each group must have entries of at least 8 competitors, otherwise the competition in that group will be cancelled. All contestants should submit their entries along with competition fee to their taluka representative on 2nd October by 5 PM only.

A player must wear a white colored t-shirt or shirt to play a match in the tournament. No complaint will be aggregated. All the competitors noted that the men’s doubles group matches will be played in three sets of four boards in this tournament. Important matches of this tournament will be shown live on YouTube channel by Ratnagiri District Carrom Association.

Mandar Dalvi and Sagar Kulkarni have been appointed as chief referees for this tournament. Mohan Hazare will be the head of the competition. Pitambari Products Private Limited and Ratnagiri District Carrom Association President Pradeep Bhatkar, Vice President Surendra Desai, Advisor Suchay Anna Reddys, Secretary Milind Sapte have appealed to maximum number of contestants to participate in this competition.
