Permanent stall to sell products for women in Ganpatipule – Guardian Minister Uday Samant


*Ratnagiri, Dist. 25 (Jimaka): The crane sale and exhibition lasts only five days. Foster Minister Uday Samant assured that a permanent stall will be provided in the next six months to run it permanently.
Ummed – Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Promotion Mission and District Mission Management Cell inaugurated the division level and district level grand exhibition at Ganpatipule by the Guardian Minister Shri. Done today by Samant.
Chief Executive Officer Kirti Kiran Pujar, District Superintendent of Police Dhananjay Kulkarni, Project Director of District Rural Development System Nandini Ghanekar, Additional Chief Executive Officer Parikshit Yadav, District Campaign Manager Ayaz Peerzade, Group Development Officer Jayendra Jadhav, Sarpanch Kalpana Pakye etc. were present.
Guardian Minister Shri. Samant said, 16 lakh devotees and tourists come to Ganpatipule every year, lakhs of devotees come here on Sankashti and Ganesh Chaturthi. Providing permanent stalls to women will help in empowering women. I have been coming to this program for the last several years. The building where we are holding the exhibition falls in CRZ. Therefore a permanent knot cannot be provided. We will soon find a solution to this and make a permanent agreement. Whatever amount of money is required for the construction will be made available.
2670 women of the district will be given free mobile phones. Women can talk to the government through this mobile phone. Loan of Rs 150 crore has been sanctioned to women. He is giving his check today. The Guardian Minister also said that we are bringing women empowerment scheme in the next 15 days.
Chief Executive Shri. Pujar said, 75 stalls have been set up at this place. Tourists and devotees should go to the stall and make purchases. He also said that women from rural areas should bring their produce to the city and sell it at stalls.
Mrs. Ghanekar introduced the program and expressed her gratitude to Shri. Peerzade did it.
