During India's G20 Chairmanship tenure in 2023, various meetings, trainings, seminars and programs were organized across the country. The Government of India announced SNDT Women's University as an educational partner to host w20. Accordingly SNDT University challenged some selected colleges to organize w20, Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha Shirgaon College of Computer Application for Women affiliated to SNDT University got the opportunity to organize w20. The topic “Grassroot Women Leadership” was chosen under “Women Lead Development”. In this, BCA College conveyed the problems and suggestions of various self-help groups in Ratnagiri to SNDT University. All the ten cluster coordinators of the self-help groups in the taluka held a seminar on “Women's Leadership at the Grassroots” and held a workshop on “Digital Marketing” and the stalls of the ten cluster self-help groups were put up for display and sale. had gone The said conference was held on 15th July 2023 at Pawar Auditorium, Maharshi Karve Women's Education Institute, Shirgaon.
On the occasion of this W20 program, a review meeting of women of self-help groups and ward union heads was held on 16th December 2023 with the officials of Maharishi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha, Pune. The meeting started with the identification of the women working under the self-help group and information about the business they are currently doing. In this review meeting, the office bearers of Maharishi Karve Stree Shikshan Sansthan discussed the problems faced by women while doing their business and discussed what can be done as an organization.

In this meeting, the women discussed with the office-bearers about the training they expected for their business, they demanded training in various fruit products and their processing methods, as well as training in driving four wheelers, rickshaws, training in making various products from the Nirmalya produced from the temple and incense sticks, the morale of women. And demanded lectures to increase confidence. On this, the office bearers of the organization assured maximum support to the women and invited the women from all the self-help groups to visit the organization in Pune. The women of the self-help groups mentioned that this initiative was highly commendable and thanked the organization for maintaining its social commitment in this way.
