Dodamarg, D-04:– Konkan’s biggest Ganeshotsav festival is now upon us and preparation is being done in Ganapati school and every household. But due to continuous power outages, idol makers and traders are affected in Ganesh Chitra School. Electricity problem is not getting any improvement in Dodamarg taluk. Many agitations are being made by various office bearers to open the ears of the authorities but there is no improvement in the electricity problem for many days at least eight times a day. Ten times power supply interruptions are happening in every village. In this regard, there is a need for immediate attention of the District Guardian Minister Ravindra Chavan and Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar. It is seen that the electricity employees are not taking a concrete stand in this regard and the electricity bills have also been given at a reasonable rate. Former sarpanch Ramchandra Sawant has demanded that the service should be given as per the bill.
