*Otwane, D-26:-* When Vishnu Gavas of Dodamarg at Goa-Bamboli Hospital needed two bags of fresh B positive blood for a heart surgery, the blood donors of the On Call organization saved the patient’s life by donating blood on one call. This is the 32nd blood donation of Mangesh Mangaonkar. Therefore, the relatives of this patient thanked the blood donors along with the Oncall organization, which maintains the blood donation relationship. Sriram Sail, Karivade, Army Man Ajit Sawant, Tukaram Gawde, Sriram Sail also made plans as soon as the relatives contacted the on call organization for the fresh blood required for the heart surgery of Vishnu Gavas. After that immediately Mangesh Mangaonkar and Rahul Kharat went to Goa and donated blood. Later, Gavas’s heart surgery, which was halted due to lack of fresh blood, was completed.
