MVA rebels pop up across Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, defying alliance nominees for key seats

Rebels in the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), including former MLAs and corporators, are contesting against official nominees in cities like Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, and Thane. They believe local support will help them secure victories. Many rebels are Congress workers, expressing disappointment over seat allocations. Some have filed nominations as independents to protest against party decisions.
