How to make delicious Keema Methi Soya recipe: Heat 4 to 5 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Grind 1/2 garlic pod coarsely. Add 3 green chilies. Then add 1 finely chopped onion. Add 1 large chopped tomato. Cover and cook till tomatoes become soft. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder. Add 1&1/2 tbsp coriander powder. Add 2&1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder. Add some water to the masala.
