Maharashtra Weather Update: Continuous change in weather due to ‘Effect of Cyclonic Circulation’

Mumbai : Maharashtra Weather Update : Tamil Nadu and Kerala have received heavy rains. Therefore, due to the cyclonic circulation, there is a continuous change in the climate. There is an increase in air heat in the suburbs and Maharashtra, including Mumbai.

As the temperature rises, the citizens are shocked by the heat. There has been no drop in temperature in the last 24 hours. There is little chance that the temperature will drop significantly in the next 24 hours.

According to the information given by IMD, heavy rain has been predicted again today (November 16) in Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg district. Lightning strike and wind speed of 30 to 40 km per hour, power supply is also likely to be disrupted. Therefore, the Meteorological Department has appealed to the citizens to take proper care.

Light rain will fall in West Maharashtra today. Rain alert has been issued today in Pune, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Latur districts. Agricultural crops have been damaged due to unseasonal rains. Mango and cashew growers will be hit hard. This has increased the farmers’ anxiety.

The temperature is likely to drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next five days. However, we may have to wait a little longer for the cold weather. The main reason for this is that the weather is changing due to cyclonic circulation.

Weather in Western Maharashtra

For the past few days, the force of cold in the state has reduced again. Meanwhile, it is raining again in South Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan. The sky will remain partly cloudy in Pune district today. Today maximum temperature will be 32 degree Celsius and minimum temperature will be 22 degree Celsius. It has rained in some parts of Satara since last 2 days. Cloudy weather will remain in some districts today also. The maximum temperature in the district will be 31 degree Celsius and minimum temperature will be 20 degree Celsius.

Sangli district was also lashed by rain. Cloudy weather is likely to remain at some places again today. The temperature here has increased and the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature will be 22 degrees Celsius.

The weather has changed in Kolhapur district and it will remain cloudy. On Friday (November 15), there were light showers in some parts of the district. Kolhapur will have a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius today. It is predicted that the intensity of cold will increase in the next 2 days.

Advice to farmers

* As the climate in Marathwada is likely to remain dry and the rate of transpiration has increased, water should be managed as per requirement for crops, orchards, vegetables and flowers.

* If army worm infestation is observed in early sown rabi sorghum crop, for its management, imamectin benzoate 5 percent 4 gm or spinatorum 11.7 sc 4 ​​ml per 10 liters of water should be sprayed alternately with the above insecticides in view of rainfall. While spraying, it is advised to spray in such a way that the pesticide falls into the bag.
