*Savantwadi, D-18:-* Pursuant to the directives of Bombay High Court, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, District Legal Services Authority, Sindhudurg, in association with Sawantwadi Taluka Legal Services Committee and Sawantwadi Taluka Lawyers Association on Saturday 28th September at Sawantwadi Court National Lok Adalat has been organized. Lok Adalat will start at 10 am. Pending cases in court, pre-filed cases, estranged relations, including criminal compromise cases, matrimonial and other civil cases are to be adjudicated in the People’s Court through conciliation and compromise. The parties who wish to dispose of their cases in the People’s Court should file an application with the Taluka Legal Services Committee of the Sawantwadi Court. The parties will get relief from time, money, physical, mental and financial hardships by adjudicating the application filed in the People’s Court. The judgment obtained in the People’s Court is permanent. No appeal can be made against such judgment. So it gets a fair verdict for the parties. Sawantwadi Taluka Legal Service Committee President and civil judge of the court Smt. M. Mistry and Associate Justice Smt. R. G. Potter has done.
