‘Labour Health Checkup and Treatment Scheme’ Mobile Checkup Clinic inaugurated by Guardian Minister Uday Samant Ratnagiri, dt. 27 (Jimaka): Among the various schemes implemented by the Construction Workers Welfare Board for the registered construction workers and their families, a free mobile medical unit (mobile state-of-the-art examination clinic) under the “Workers Health Check-up and Treatment Scheme” was launched yesterday by Guardian Minister Uday Samant.

Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Kirti Kiran Pujar, Additional Chief Executive Officer Parikshit Yadav, Assistant Labor Commissioner Sandesh Ayre, Project State Coordinator of HHL Lifecare Institute Rahul Dhokchaule, District Coordinator Durvesh Khake were present on this occasion. Under the Check-to-Treat scheme, all registered construction workers and their families will be given a free complete health check-up. Workers and their families are provided with free doctor’s examination, free distribution of medicines, free admission to affiliated hospitals for all ailments, treatment and necessary surgical services through the mobile medical unit. This scheme will be very beneficial for the 23 thousand registered construction workers and families of the district.000
