Konkani Style Chicken Akhani | How to make Chicken Aakhni Chicken Akani | Cooking with Guddo #Recipe Ingredients Oil 2 tbsp Cloves 3-4 black peppers 1 tsp Onion 2-3 tomatoes 1 Coriander 1 cup 3-4 green chillies Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 small tsp coriander powder 2 tbsp bay leaves 1-2 chickens 500 gms rice 2 and 1/2 cups salt to taste Water Instructions 1) Add oil, add black pepper, cloves, onion, bay leaves and fry 2) Green chillies for green masala Put coriander, tomato and water in a blender and grind it. 3) Add ginger garlic paste and green masala and fry. Once the masala is cooked, add turmeric, salt, coriander powder, badishab powder and garam masala and fry. 4) After the masala is cooked, add chicken and mix well with the masala. 5) Add water and let the chicken cook until it becomes soft. When the chicken becomes soft, add rice to it and cook on flame. 6) Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
