Jewelery worth three lakhs stolen from a woman in Chiplun.

* Chiplun, Day-17:-* Taking advantage of the crowd, an unknown thief stole jewelery worth Rs 3 lakh from a female passenger and took place at the central bus stand of the city around 9.15 am on Sunday. A case has been registered against an unknown thief in Chiplun police station in this regard. Meanwhile, the jewelery theft session at the bus station does not seem to have stopped. According to the police, the concerned woman along with her husband was traveling from Chiplun to Ratnagiri on Sunday. In the central bus station Khed-Ratnagiri is ST. When the bus arrived, the unknown thief took advantage of the crowd while the woman was boarding and opened the chain of the woman’s shoulder purse and stole the small wallet kept in it. There were 12 tolas worth 5 grams worth of 3 lakh 3 thousand 250 rupees, earrings, necklace. According to the complaint filed by the woman in the Chiplun police station, a case has been registered against the unknown thief. There have also been incidents of women’s jewelery being stolen from central bus stations in the past.
