JEE Advanced students can now take the exam three times.

Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kanpur has released the eligibility criteria for Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2025. As per the update, the number of attempts to appear in JEE Advanced has now been reduced to three. That means you can attempt this exam three times. Earlier, the number of attempts in JEE Advanced was limited to two times. Now this limit has been increased and henceforth this exam can be given three times; So the keyword IIT JEE Advanced is currently being searched in Google Trend. Candidates who applied for JEE Advanced 2025 B.E / B. Tech (BE/B.Tech) Paper I must be ranked among the top 2,50,000 candidates (including all categories).

*Age Limit : Candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2025 must have been born on or after 1st October 2000. Also SC, ST, PWD candidates have been given a five-year exemption, i.e. these candidates can take the JEE (Advanced) exam thrice in a year from October 1. That means three times in the same years or candidates can attempt the exam maximum three times in three consecutive years.

*Eligibility :*Candidate should have passed class 12th examination in 2023, 2024 or 2025 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. A candidate who is not twelve for the first time in 2022 or earlier.

Application process for JEE Advanced is going on. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for JEE Main 2025 January Session on the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in till 22nd November 2024.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2025 : First of all visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. On the home page click on “Online Application Form for JEE (Main) – 2025 Session 1” Now click on ‘New Registration’ Click on the tab and fill the required information. Now login with the system generated registration number and password and fill the application. Pay the application fee and submit the application Do. Also take a printout of the application form for future reference. That way you will be able to apply for JEE Advanced.
