Chief District and Sessions Judge Sunil Gosavi asserted that today’s workshop has been organized for these laws to be discussed and held. He was speaking in the organized workshop. The workshop was held at Maratha Bhawan Hall in Malnaka. Students will understand the practical aspects of how the new laws were needed through the workshop today. Students listen carefully to all these thoughts. Surely he will get answers. Judge Sunil Gosavi said that lawyer brothers are also using the new laws. On this occasion, Legal Services Authority Secretary, Judge Nikhil Gosavi, District Police Superintendent Dhananjay Kulkarni, Bar Association President Adv. Vilas Patne, Law College Prof. Principal Adv. Ashish Barve, Advocate Council. Srirang Bhave was present on the dais. Regarding new laws like Indian Civil Defense Code, Indian Judicial Code, Indian Evidence Act, Adv. Rajan Salunkhe (Thane), Adv. Ashish Chavan (Mumbai) and Adv. Guided by Rajan Gunjikar (Pune). These dignitaries were felicitated. The program was attended by judicial officers of Ratnagiri district court, lawyers, law college students. Adv. Salunkhe made a comparative analysis between the Indian Penal Code and the New Indian Judicial Code. In the Indian Penal Code, the classification and priority of offenses according to the seriousness of the offences, moral values โ€‹โ€‹as the basis, provided information on the nature of punishments newly incorporated in the previously mentioned types of punishments and the provisions for their implementation. Information about various judgments was given. After this Adv. Gunjikar gave detailed information on the concept of evidence in the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act and the newly incorporated digital and electronic evidence, the provisions to prove them, giving evidence of various judgments. Adv. Ashish Chavan said the importance of Judge Made Law. BNSS and CR P. C. A comparative study in, provided information on the provision about police and judicial custody in remand works. Many aspects of Zero FIR were explained by explaining its practical side. By clarifying the provisions about e-charge sheet, the detailed information about the provision about pre-arrest land was clarified through various judgments.
