,Kudal, D-23:-*Under the guidance of Commissioner of Income Tax 1 Pune Pune, under the Outreach Programme, a meeting of Joint Commissioner of Income Tax Range 1 Kolhapur and District Chartered Accountants and Income Tax Consultants was organized at the Income Tax Office at Kudal. It was guided by Joint Income Tax Commissioner Dhananjay Mahajan. Taxpayers should pay income tax on time and for this CA and tax consultants should provide them proper information. Instead of paying self-assessment tax after the end of the financial year, the taxpayer does not have to pay interest if advance tax is paid on time. Taxpayers should contribute to the development of the country by paying taxes on time. Maryadadarshan Dhananjay Mahajan said that instead of paying taxes by sending notices to taxpayers or paying interest and penalty due to late payment, taxpayers should study their own areas. Some technical issues and solutions were discussed in the meeting. CAs and Income Tax consultants including Sunil Saudagar, Keshav Phatak, Gajanan Prabhu Amol Khanolkar, Damodar Khanolkar, Sagar Teli, Preeti Vaidya, Darshana Desai were present.

,Borewell terms and conditions will remain as follows.,

For the first time in Sindhudurg district we have a 300 feet long car parked in a difficult place, a 6 inch (inch) big hole.
Borewells can be dug up to 500 feet.
The borewell points surveyed by us with electronic machines have 100% guarantee of minimum 5000 liters to 10000 liters of water per day (every day) depending on the location. If water survey for borewell is done by us and the borewell is closed then 100% amount will be refunded after 100 days as per the terms and conditions if water does not come in the borewell. Your signature will be taken on our contract letter before full payment is made after completion of borewell work.
An amount of Rs 60,000/- will be paid as advance (deposit) while carrying out borewell hydro survey and up to Rs 70,000/- in case of arid area (area with less water) will be paid on the spot. After that water point survey will be done, (Borewell advance of Rs 1 lakh will be taken in Goa area.)
We have 3D German electronic technology machine for borewell and well point survey up to 1500 feet.
Both borewell excavation and pumpset made by us will be guaranteed for full 2 years and 2 years water
In case of borewell failure, full payment will be refunded or another new borewell will be dug free of cost
Customers should note that this can be done. We have three phase solar pumpsets ranging from 1 HP to 20 HP with 1 year term including fitting finance. (Terms and conditions apply) Minimum advance payment will be 30%.
