Due to this, an old man in Kolhapur had to lose his life. In Kolhapur, an old man has died due to the sound of Dolby in the Ganapati procession. The incident took place during the immersion procession of the public Ganpati Mandal in the village of Uchgaon. The name of the dead person is Shivaji Kasote and relatives said that he had a heart attack due to the sound of Dolby. There is a possibility that he was disturbed by the sound of Dolby. According to the information received, he was admitted to the hospital due to chest pain after coming to see the Ganpati procession. He was ill for two days. The sound of Dolby in it increased their trouble. He was taken to a private hospital after suffering a heart attack. But doctors declared him dead.
