Heavy rain warning in many parts of Maharashtra including Konkan.

The Meteorological Department has announced the weather forecast for September 23. Meanwhile, heavy rain warning has been given in many places in Maharashtra. As monsoon prepares to make a comeback in Maharashtra after a long hiatus, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert across the state for the next few days. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has issued rain warnings for many places including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Marathwada on September 23 and 24, while Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa have issued a heavy rain warning from September 24 to 27. The weather has changed in Dapoli this afternoon with the return of rain accompanied by darkness and thunder.
