The foundation-laying ceremony of the Prati Tirupati Balaji Temple, which is being built on a 10-acre site at Ulve near Navi Mumbai, was held recently. Gautam Singhania, President of Raymond Industries Group, has conducted the foundation laying program and the actual construction work of the temple has started. MLAs of Shiv Sena-Thackeray faction, Milind Narvekar, member of the board of trustees of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam were present on this occasion. Bhoomipujan of this temple site was done last year. After the state government gave 10 acres of land for the construction of this temple, Raymond Group of Industries announced that it would donate Rs. This temple project is of great cultural and spiritual importance for the devotees of the region. This temple symbolizes our commitment to preserve and nurture India’s rich religious heritage. We will give top priority to complete the work of the temple and ensure that it becomes an ideal center for worship, worship and community gathering in the near future.’ A replica temple of Lord Venkateswara Balaji is being set up at Ulve, Navi Mumbai for devotees from Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra who for some reason cannot visit the Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh. Moreover, the location of this temple at Ulwe will be a viable location for devotees coming from outside as it is near the upcoming international airport. Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) from Tirupati, IAS J. Shyamala Rao and Additional Executive Officer of TTD, IRS Ch Venkaiah Chaudhary were also present. 10 Acre Land for Temple from State Government The State Government had allotted 10 acres of land owned by CIDCO in April 2022 for the construction of Prati Tirupati Balaji Temple in Sector 12, Ulve, Navi Mumbai.
