Due to fixed term employment, the workers will lose their job stability and their market credit will be zero. This situation has led to a huge increase in the exploitation of sales promotion personnel working in the pharmaceutical sector. After reviewing all these things, the Federation of Medical and Sales Representatives Associations has protested in front of the office of Hon’ble District Magistrate Sindhudurg to the Hon’ble Union Labor Minister for the above demands across the country and if the government does not take note of our demands, we will stage a sit-in at Jantar Mantar Delhi on 22nd November 2024.
